Brittany Chiang, PMP, ICF-ACC, serves as Vice President of the NCMA Old Dominion and Fredericksburg Chapter. Ebony A. Grey, Ph.D., serves as Director of Education for the NCMA Old Dominion and Fredericksburg Chapter. A U.S. Air Force veteran, certified coach, and seasoned government consultant, Ebony brings extensive experience in federal service, leadership development, and organizational strategy. As CEO of Greys Consulting Group, she supports professionals and small businesses navigating federal careers and government contracting. In her role with NCMA, Ebony leads initiatives that expand learning opportunities, strengthen member competencies, and advance professional growth across the contracting community.

Amber Forti, PMP, CFCM, serves as Secretary for the NCMA Old Dominion and Fredericksburg Chapter.
